Cancellation & Refund Policy

GANGOTRI TRAVELS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

You can cancel your booking any time up to 6 hours before the trip start. You can cancel through our website by clicking the "cancellation" link in the home page. The charges are as follows:

• Greater than 24 hours from the scheduled pick up time - 15% of the booking amount* are the cancellation charges, balance 85% will be refunded.
• 24- 12 hours before scheduled pick up time - 25% of the booking amount* are the cancellation charges, balance 75% will be refunded.
• 12 - 6 hours before the scheduled pick up time - 35% of the booking amount* are the cancellation charges, balance 65% will be refunded.

No cancellations are entertained for that products/Service that the GANGOTRI TRAVELS marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Dussehra, Ganesh Chathurthi, Diwali, X' Max, New Year, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
